As of 6:34pm on Monday...

...little baby _________ _________ Gore and baby _______ ________ Gore are still relaxing in the human incubating system*. This is good news.

Diana is still feeling well but her back and neck and joints are starting to hurt from the 5 days of not getting out of bed. She has not been this still since her days of prime in her own mother's human incubating system.

Here's to the Human Incubator System and it working as designed!!!

As glad as I am to hear the good update, I feel compelled, as your legal advisor, to tell you that a phrase is not a patentable subject matter.

You could certainly seek a trademark for a phrase like that - though it's probably not inherently distinct, so it's going to need to acquire a secondary meaning. It's conceivable that you could try to copyright the phrase (but it's likely too short). Either way, you cannot patent a phrase.

Thanks for the update. Tell those kids to stay put.

Jason,

I regret to inform you, that US Patent number 2,093,648 has already been filed for 'Human Incubator' I'm with Jonathan, perhaps a new name?

We're still praying for you, your wife, and your children.

Glad to hear the babies are staying put! Diana--I know you're so tired of lying in a bed forever, but its worth it. We need longer posts than this though--what else am I supposed to do while I'm awake at 2:00 am but check your blog?? ; ) Stay positive & look forward to the many sleepless nights you'll have later on!

Thoughts & prayers,
Lindsey, Kyle, Kaylyn, & Riley
